Plant Material Warranty

Plant Material purchased at Stony Creek Landscapes carry the following warranty:

§  Trees and Shrubs- One year/one time replacement

§  Perennials and Grasses- 30 days from purchase 

§  Groundcovers and Annuals- no warranty

§  Seeding and wildflowers- no warranty

Stony Creek Landscapes reserves the right to provide an alternate variety of replacement plant in the event that a replacement plant is either unavailable or unsuitable for the location it was planted.

Plant materials supplied and installed by Stony Creek Landscapes carries a one year one time replacement warranty.  The warranty does not include the installation labor.  Installation labor will be charged at the rate for the individual plant on client proposal.  After initial installation period there is no plant materials warranty or guarantee unless specifically stated in writing or required by specification.
